A: We ship all orders within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and your local postal service. Shipping to Singapore and Malaysia usually takes 3 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship internationally (for free) to many countries around the world. However, please note that customs policies and regulations vary from country to country. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the customer. Lens n’ Glasses is not liable for any delays, fees, or issues that may arise due to customs regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential charges that may apply to your order.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Q: Are your lenses FDA or CE approved?
A: Many of our products are manufactured in compliance with FDA, CE, or KFDA certifications. You can check individual product pages for specific information.

Q: Can I wear colored contact lenses if I have a prescription?
A: Yes! We offer colored contact lenses with prescription options (myopia, hypermetropia, presbyopia, astigmatism). During the ordering process, you can select the desired prescription power for your lenses. It’s always advisable to consult with an optometrist to ensure you select the correct prescription strength and receive a comprehensive eye examination.

Q: Can I wear these lenses if I don’t need vision correction?
A: Absolutely! We offer 0.00 (plano) lenses for cosmetic use, perfect for enhancing or changing your eye color without prescription.

Q: How long can I wear my lenses each day?
A: Most lenses are designed for 8–9 hours of daily wear. Avoid wearing them longer and never sleep in your lenses unless specified as extended wear.

Q: How do I take care of my lenses?

📦 Orders & Returns

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used lenses. If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Q: My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
A: We’re so sorry! Please send us photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
