Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


Thank you for shopping at Lens n Glasses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.



To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
-The item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
-You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact us at wecare@lensnglasses.com to request a return. Please provide your order details and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
Note: Do not send the item back without first requesting a return. Items received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at wecare@lensnglasses.com. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution. Please note that the warranty only applies within 14 calendar days from the date the soft lens reaches its destination.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items, lens accessories, eye drops, solutions, or gift cards.

Exchanges: Exchanges can only be made for unopened lenses that are still in a resellable condition upon inspection at our side. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Reshipping costs for the exchange will also be borne by the customer.
-An administration fee of 10% of the purchased amount will be imposed.
When returning the item, choose the cheapest shipping method but ensure that it is registered so that we can obtain a tracking number. Please wrap the lenses with bubble wrap for protection.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at wecare@lensnglasses.com.
